Our Organic olive is a native cold pressed neither refined nor deodorized nutritional oil we produced exclusively from own olive fruits.
Since cold pressed olive oil doesn’t tolerate heat, it’s too good and too expensive to use it for cooking.
Instead, we recommend adding it as an extra dose of goodness to your warm meals (meat dishes, Mediterranean vegetables etc.) or to conjure up a delicious salad dressing or a tasty dip for fresh raw foods.
